Tasting Notes: The color is deep Granada to show well the presence of Alicante Bouschet. Regarding aromatic features, good concentration of vivid fragrance with a lot of black fruit alongside of spicy and smoked notes. In the mouth it shows up very elegant, well integrated with the barrel, the balance of the note together with long and lingering finish.
Serving at: 16ºC.
We recommend with: The complexity and structure of this wine asks for strong plates, flavored and of slow confection, preferably oven or stews and casseroles at low temperature. Ideal with roast lamb, "Chanfana", stewed ox tail and stewed veal neck at low temperature.
