Considered the most beautiful farm of the first half of the 15th century still existing in Portugal, Quinta da Bacalhôa is an old property of Casa Real Portuguesa. Located in Azeitão, the Quinta and the famous Bacalhôa Palace are an artistic monument of the greatest relevance for the country. Currently, Quinta da Bacalhôa belongs to the Berardo Foundation, belonging to the family of the same name and whose patriarch is Commander José Berardo. On June 23, 1910 it was classified as a National Monument.
