Vinification - Destemming, crushing and fermentation in stainless steel vats with skin contact. Aging in American and French oak barrels.

Color - Ruby closed.

Aroma - Notes of black fruits, with slight wood.

Flavor - Complexity of wild fruits. Slight chocolate aroma. Good structure, with slight astringency.

Aftertaste - Medium final.

Gastronomy - Drink in moderation between 16 and 18ºC with game dishes, red meats or cured cheeses.

Storage - Place protected from light and well ventilated (+/- 60% humidity). Horizontal position at about 15ºC.
