Vinification - Fermentation in stainless steel conical vats, with immediate transfer to 225 liter French oak barrels, after alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Aging - 12 months in barrels: from November 2013 to November 2014, 11 months in bottle: from November 2014 to October 2015
Tasting Notes - It presents a dark garnet color, based on the main characteristics of the varieties that give rise to it. Complex aroma of plum, red fruits, spices, chocolate and bergamot, discreet notes of the wood in the barrels where it aged, in a structured set, with great complexity and a character of long and elegant persistence.
Service temperature - 15ºC - 16º C
Gastronomy - Ideal to accompany grilled red meat dishes, game dishes, soft cheeses or alone in a gathering of friends.
