This organic red wine from Alentejo, is produced with grapes of the varieties Aragonez, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon, of clean cultivation, without the use of herbicides, fungicides, antibiotics, chemical or synthetic fertilizers.
Climate-Soils: Quinta da Amoreira da Torre is located in Alentejo (Montemor o Novo) in southern Portugal, the climate is Mediterranean / Continental, the soils are brown Mediterranean with some granite, the altitude of the vineyard is 240m.
Vinification: Fermentation in horizontal vats with rotation, with temperature control. After light maceration, malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
Organoleptic characteristics: Young aromas of red fruits, strawberry mint, eucalyptus, and spices, round tannins, complex with evident youthful notes.
Recommended consumption temperature: 16º - 18º C.
