Zebro 2018 - Red WineZebro
Vinification - Fermentation in vertical stainless steel vats, with temperature control. After maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur spontaneously only with native yeasts.
Stage - 6 months in French oak alier.
Tasting Notes - Fresh and condensed aromas of red fruit compote, spices, with notes of youth still very evident, where the fruit and the wood toast blend, resulting in a structured, attractive and persistent set.
Service Temperature - 15ºC - 16ºC
Gastronomy - Goes well with red meats or cured cheeses.
