Encostas de Vale Godinho is a wine that represents the majority of our terroir. It is made with Trincadeira, Castelão and Aragonez. It has red fruit aromas, is complex in the mouth and very elegant.
Vinification: Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes, cooling 12 hours at 8oC, destemming, soft crushing, fermentation at controlled temperature. Stage in stainless steel tank for 12 months.
Tasting: Open garnet colored wine. It has an aroma of red fruits, medium body and very easy to taste. In the mouth it is complex and shows some greasiness.
