Flavor: It is velvety and intense, grandiose, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long aftertaste.
It should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses. It is a wine that can be kept for more than 20 years.
