Cabeço de Mocho Grande Escolha is the result of an excellent combination of Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga-Nacional grape varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta das Camélias. It presents a deep ruby color with garnet nuances. The aroma is very complex and delicate, showing ripe notes of cherry and blackberry, harmonized with expressions of fresh vanilla and a slight hint of cloves. In the mouth it is full and round, well muscled with the presence of polite tannins. It shows fineness, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. It should be served at 16 -18 o to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses.
