Tasting Notes

Notes of menthol, cassis and black fruits harmonized with toast nuances of the barrel where it aged. In the mouth is a structured and elegant wine with soft tannins. The test finish is very long and persistent.

The producer

The Herdade da Bombeira with its 700 hectares, has a floodplain along the river with about 20 hectares where shale soils are mixed with the Guadiana river alluviums providing the ideal conditions for the establishment of the vineyard.
