Tasting Notes:
Almost opaque, has a different flavor profile of other red house with notes of black and blue fruit, toasted the well integrated barrel surrounded by a mineral. In the mouth it's a full wine with firm but ripe tannins with a long finish. A wine with a great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
We suggest decanting and serving at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with stew or roasted game and lamb meat dishes.
