Wines that are produced only in exceptional years. Made from singular grape parcels from the estate vineyards that express the unique potential and character of the individual grape variety. Temperature controlled fermentation (28ºC) in small stainless steel tanks. Maturation of 12 months ageing in american oak barrels, 12 months bottle ageing before market release.
Dense, deep red colour. Compact with notes of chocolate, eucalypt and roasted coffee beans. Dark berry fruits with solid tannins, good acid balance with long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
