Tasting notes
The aromatic elegance characteristic of the Touriga Nacional variety is complexed by some spices from the French oak barrels with light toasties where it staged. It has a full mouth proof, wraparound and with silky tannins balanced by an elegant acidity, in a very persistent set.
Serving at: 16/18ºC.
We recommend with: Good with Ensopado de Borrego, migas and other Alentejan pork dishes and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
The Producer
When, 30 years ago, Ole Martin Siem came to Portugal, his agricultural background given his academic and professional background, allowed him to recognize in this country the ideal soil and climate conditions for wine production.
He was born in Norway but his work in fruit production and trade has led him to travel around the world a little.
Of all the contexts and countries, it was in Portugal that he was fascinated by the wines of Alentejo, and by the breathtaking landscapes of the Vincentian coast.
