" Tasting Notes Bright red and very young. Fine and complex aroma, very fruity, the predominant character of ripe fruits such as black plum and cassis, very characteristic of this wine, with notes of vanilla from its aging in oak. Tasty, full bodied, complex characteristics of ripe fruit with soft and velvety tannins, backed by a good acidity, which gives a great balance and a fine and quite long finish. The Producer All the wines from Lavradores de Feitoria - from the great consumption to the great guard - are balanced, elegant and oriented to the good gastronomy, but always with a stamp of the character of the Douro. One should expect, and demand, the strong personality of each brand as an expression of terroir, concept, or even fantasy.

In the aroma it shows young, rich and complex with notes of black pepper combined with red and wild fruits, where the plum and the cherry stand out. The wood appears to be well-matched with some smoky notes. It also shows mineral aromas of wet stone. In the mouth has claw and nerve, is complex and has a good structure. It is however fine and elegant. Tannins very well integrated, with good acidity that gives it a long and very pleasant end of mouth and that allows to guess a good evolution in bottle.

Tasting Notes 2014 is probably the

Tasting Notes 2014 is probably the lightest and most elegant Batuta ever created as a result of the intention of creating increasingly thin wines with little extraction. It shows a light ruby light color. The aroma is deep, complex and austere. The mineral profile, with floral notes, cocoa and fruits of the forest, are in full harmony with the barrel notes. In the glass, with time, the wine shows several layers, in a very elegant but with a tension register, reflecting the freshness and minerality of the centuries-old vineyards. Slim and elegant in the mouth, with a silky texture and firm structure, it has very polished tannins. Though young, he impresses with balance and precision. End of mouth very thin, long and seductive. Will grow old with great class.

Tasting notes Clear wine, red garnet, aroma of red fruits, floral and light notes The Producer We grew up in a family of producers, with a strong and heartfelt relationship with wine, land, countryside and rural property. From an early age we have observed their practices and listened with pride and attention to the lessons that our parents, grandparents and great grandparents have given us. It was then that we learned the first teachings about production and realized that nothing is achieved in this area without work and sacrifice. We have been drinking the necessary inspiration in the family tradition but we have not stopped applying our own strategy when we conceived the Herdade das Servas Project, which was to be born in 1998.
