Tasting Notes: These wines are based on the traditional nature os winemaking in the Évora region. Records show that a Foral (royal decree) was bestowed in the city by D. Manuel I in 1501. The red wines are made from Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez varieties that give full fruited wines with an exuberance that is typical of youth. Ageing in new oak delivers suppleness and persistency.
Serving at: 16/18ºC.
We recommend with: Hunting | Red Meat | Cheese.
