Tasting Notes: This wine brings a traditional character and refined. Grapes trodden and manually destemmed grapes in a small winepress, exactly as in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, the masses of the juice transferred to clay pots where it ferments for a while, and then transferred directly to French oak barrels, give it a color ruby tinged brown. Aromas of spices, tobacco leaves and dates. Taste fruity, complex, balanced, with soft tannins and lingering presents a final lingering taste.
Serving at: 16/18ºC. It is recommended to decant before serving.
We recommend with: Hunting | Red Meat | Cheese.
