Tasting Notes: Papa Figos shows a deep ruby color and intense aroma which brings out the floral notes cistus and ripe red fruit such as plum and strawberry. There are further notes balsamic resin and cedar, like spice, features years of maturation but complexed by a wood discrete and well-integrated. In the mouth keeps the evidence of ripe red fruit, revealing a good deal, well integrated acidity and tannin quality, with a balanced final and good longevity.

Serving at: 17/20ºC. It is recommended that this wine should be decanted prior to serving.
We recommend with: Papa Figos is ideal with all types of poultry and game, various meats, smoked pork and cheese.
