Color: Intense topaz. Aroma: A complex and intense aroma with notes of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and honey). Palate: Complex, sweet and very long.
Final Proof: Perfect combination of aroma and taste, typical of a Moscatel de Setúbal with these characteristics.
The Producer
José Maria da Fonseca is a family business with almost two centuries of history that, without ever resting on the glories gained, has been able to modernize. Managed by the 6th and 7th generation of the family, it has allied traditional wisdom from a precious heritage to the latest technology to meet the highest standards.
Tasting Notes: The experience of more than 170 years! To celebrate the new century and new millennium, was produced the Trilogia, a rare and special edition, the result of the combination of three major harvests of the twentieth century: 1900, 1934 and 1965. Topaz loaded color with intense shine, has intense aromas of dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts) and honey. Rich taste, sweet and very long, shows a perfect combination of flavor and taste. Enjoy in good company and in a special occasion!
