Tasting Notes
It is an oil of very high quality and purity, with the color citrine golden straw and aromas of very ripe olives, green apple and apricot. In the mouth you notice a sweet bittersweet and a slight spicy at the end.
The Producer
Virgin olive oil shall be obtained from the fruit of the olive tree solely by mechanical or other physical processes, under conditions which do not adversely affect olive oil and which have not undergone other treatments other than washing, decantation, centrifugation and filtration, excluding olive oil obtained from solvents, with adjuvants of chemical or biochemical action or by re-esterification processes and any mixture with oils of another nature.
