Awards - 16,5 points in the Revista Vinhos - Grandes Escolhas (Aug / 18) Tasting Notes Made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro, it's a different kind of rosé, almost a light red, with a nice cherry color, floral notes and spices, some discrete tannin to give claw and presence. Intense, serious, dry, firm, very fresh, a bit cheeky in alcohol, but a very good companion at the table. The Producer Quinta do Coladinho is a small wine farm on the council of Santa Comba Dão. Integrated in the Dão Demarcated Region, it presents some specific characteristics of the area, namely a higher concentration of relative humidity throughout the year. Due to the proximity to the Aguieira dam, the spring and summer mists are very evident, requiring a greater phytosanitary care.
Tasting Notes Bright pink color.
Tasting Notes Bright pink color. Fruit of the forest with an interesting exotic mineral touch. Fruit wine of the forest, fresh and mineral, with good balance. Nice sensation of freshness at the end of the mouth The Producer The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. Winemaking is a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they delivered their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the demarcated region of Dão.
